Ingredient Spotlight: Oatmeal Obsession!

Even though it's still 80 degrees outside in the end of September, it won't be long until October is here and cooler weather is in full effect. As you know from our recent posts, we are ready for autumn at Zest and you might've heard that we're officially serving oatmeal bowls!  Nothing says fall like filling your body with warm and delicious meals that fuel your day and satisfy your taste buds without compromising your health. When it's too cold for an acai bowl, oatmeal is an incredible way to start your day, especially when you add in other healthy ingredients. Some of the benefits of oats are:

● They can help control diabetes and reduce hypertension

● They can be ground as a 1:1 substitute to white flour (and zest uses gluten free!)
