Ok so if you weren't already obsessed with anything and everything Avocado, these brownies will definitely put you over the edge. There are so many versions of avocado brownies, but overall flourless recipes have by far the BEST texture.
Avocado gives these brownies an extra rich and gooey texture, without tasting like avocado. They are easy to make and even easier to finish!
Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Add banana and avocado in a food processor and blend until smooth
Add in almond butter and blend.
Add in maple syrup, dark cocoa powder and baking soda. Blend.
Add batter to a large bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Tip- Stick a toothpick into the brownies if you are unsure if they are cooked or not. If the toothpick comes out clean, your brownies are done!
Let cool for about 5 minutes before cutting.
