About the Event
This event is a Pop Up Dinner hosted by Luciana Gencarelli, owner of zest, and Chelsea Caravella, owner of Well Made Nutrition. All ingredients are gluten & dairy free/vegan! The food will be made for you and recipes will be given at the end of class!
We will cook you a traditional Italian dinner of Fava (Puglia style as a puree) with various toppings (broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, Italian olives, onions...), Sourdough Crostini, Focaccia and a surprise Italian dessert. Feel free to bring your favorite Italian red and feel like you are in Italy!
